Summary

The Retail Fulfillment team member processes incoming merchandise and customer orders while supporting store operations. This role helps deliver outstanding customer experiences through accurate, timely fulfillment and organized inventory handling.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, unpack, and deliver merchandise to selling departments.
• Fulfill, pack, and ship customer orders according to quality standards.
• Use inventory management systems to scan, process, and research shipments.
• Maintain clean, organized selling floors and stockrooms, and support store activities such as markdowns and fixture moves.
