Retail Intern

Summary

Paid 9-week Summer 2026 internship based in New York combining hands-on retail and office experience across retail performance, store operations, client engagement, and events. Interns will work with cross-functional teams, participate in networking and mentorship, and spend 1-2 days per week in local stores with the remainder in the Vestry office.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to initiatives and real project work impacting retail performance
• Support store operations and client engagement activities
• Assist with launching new point of sale system and scheduling tools
• Help plan a learning and reward trip for top sales team
• Support client loyalty programming and clienteling initiatives
• Visit local stores 1-2 days per week and collaborate with store teams
• Participate in networking events and mentorship activities

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in undergraduate studies with a minimum 3.0 GPA
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word PowerPoint and Excel
• Proactive eager to learn and collaborative
