- Develop communication and presentation skills by articulating key brand messages.
- Observe store leadership meetings to understand strategic planning processes.
- Receive personalized mentorship from the Retail leadership team.
Requirements- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a BA or BS degree from an accredited university.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
- Exposure to design software such as Canva or Photoshop is a plus.
- Eagerness to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
- Developing analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills with the potential to interact professionally with colleagues.
