Retail Leadership Training Program - Del Amo Fashion Center

Summary

An accelerated retail leadership training program running March 23 to May 15, 2026 at Del Amo Fashion Center with a two-week Nordstrom Rack rotation. Trainees will learn management essentials, selling skills, merchandising, and operations with the goal of placement as Assistant Department Managers within 20 miles of the training store.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily sales and meet or exceed sales goals
• Build customer relationships and deliver exceptional service
• Lead and motivate teams while supporting store operations
• Participate in training sessions and store rotations including a Nordstrom Rack rotation
• Learn merchandising, goal setting, and operational standards
• Network with leaders and peers across stores
• Be flexible to work evenings weekends and at multiple locations

Requirements

• At least 1 year retail experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and passion for leadership
• Availability for full program duration March 23 to May 15
• Ability to provide own transportation for the 2-week Rack rotation
• Comfortable with selling and meeting sales goals
• Willingness to accept placement within 20 miles of the training store
