Retail Leadership Training Program - Easton Town Center

Summary

Accelerated retail leadership training program running March 23 to May 15, 2026 at Easton Town Center with a two-week Nordstrom Rack rotation. Trainees receive hands-on selling and management training and upon successful completion are placed as Assistant Department Managers within 20 miles of the training store.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily sales and meet or exceed sales goals
• Sell to customers and build strong customer relationships
• Lead and motivate teams while delivering exceptional customer service
• Participate fully in training sessions and store rotations
• Learn merchandising, goal setting, and operational standards
• Rotate through a Nordstrom Rack store for operational exposure
• Network with leaders and peers across stores

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year retail experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and passion for leadership
• Availability for program dates and ability to attend interviews in Jan to Mid-Feb
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Flexibility to work multiple locations and accept placement within 20 miles
• Ability to provide own transportation for the two-week Rack rotation
• Comfortable with selling and meeting sales targets
