Retail Leadership Training Program - International Plaza

Summary

Accelerated retail leadership training program running March 23 to May 15, 2026 at International Plaza with a two-week Nordstrom Rack rotation. Trainees receive hands-on selling and management experience and are placed as Assistant Department Managers within 20 miles of the training store upon successful completion.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales daily and meet or exceed sales goals
• Build customer relationships and deliver exceptional service
• Lead and motivate teams during training and rotations
• Learn merchandising, goal setting, and operational standards
• Participate fully in all training sessions and store rotations
• Complete a two-week Nordstrom Rack rotation and work evenings and weekends
• Network with leaders and peers across Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year retail experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and passion for leadership
• Availability for the full program duration
• Flexibility to work at multiple locations and accept placement within 20 miles
• Ability to provide own transportation for the Rack rotation
• Comfortable with selling and meeting sales goals
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends
