Retail Leadership Training Program - NorthPark Center

Summary

Accelerated retail leadership training program running March 23 to May 15, 2026 based at NorthPark Center with a two week Nordstrom Rack rotation. Trainees gain management essentials, hands on selling experience, merchandising and operational training and are eligible for placement as Assistant Department Managers upon successful completion.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily sales and meet or exceed sales goals
• Build customer relationships and deliver exceptional service
• Lead and motivate teams while supporting an inclusive environment
• Learn and apply merchandising standards and goal setting
• Participate in store rotations including a two week Rack rotation
• Attend and engage in all training sessions and networking opportunities
• Be flexible to work evenings weekends and at multiple locations

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year retail experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and passion for leadership
• Availability for full program duration March 23 to May 15
• Ability to work evenings and weekends and accept placement within 20 miles
• Provide own transportation for the two week Rack rotation
• Comfortable with selling and meeting sales targets
• Eligibility to work in the location and complete background check if required
