Retail Leadership Training Program - Perimeter Mall

Summary

Accelerated retail leadership training running March 23 to May 15, 2026 at Perimeter Mall with a two-week Nordstrom Rack rotation. Trainees learn management essentials, selling, merchandising, and operations with placement as Assistant Department Managers upon successful completion.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales daily through customer engagement and selling
• Lead and motivate teams while delivering exceptional customer service
• Create a welcoming inclusive environment and model company values
• Learn and apply merchandising standards and goal setting
• Participate in all training sessions and store rotations including a Rack rotation
• Network with leaders and peers across Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack
• Accept placement within 20 miles of the training store

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year retail experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and passion for leadership
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Flexibility to work at multiple locations and accept nearby placement
• Availability for the duration of the program
• Ability to provide own transportation for the two-week Rack rotation
• Comfortable with selling and meeting sales goals
