Accelerated retail leadership training program running March 23 to May 15, 2026 at Shops at Merrick Park with a two-week Nordstrom Rack rotation. Responsibilities

• Drive daily sales through active selling and building customer relationships
• Lead and motivate teams while delivering exceptional customer service
• Participate fully in all training sessions and store rotations including a two-week Rack rotation
• Learn merchandising practices, goal setting, and operational standards
• Network with leaders and peers across Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack
• Demonstrate Nordstrom core values and create an inclusive work environment
• Accept placement within 20 miles of the training store after program completion

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year retail experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and passion for leadership
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Flexibility to work at multiple locations and accept placement within 20 miles
• Availability for the full program duration and ability to provide transportation for Rack rotation
• Comfortable with selling and motivated to meet sales goals
• Willingness to participate in interviews and program schedule
