Retail Leadership Training Program - St John's Town Center

Summary

Accelerated retail leadership training program running March 23 to May 15, 2026 at St John's Town Center with a two-week Nordstrom Rack rotation. Trainees learn management essentials, selling, merchandising, and operational standards and will be placed as Assistant Department Managers within 20 miles of the training store upon successful completion.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily sales and meet or exceed sales goals
• Build customer relationships and deliver exceptional service
• Lead and motivate teams while supporting an inclusive environment
• Participate in classroom training and store rotations
• Learn merchandising and goal setting
• Understand and apply operational standards
• Network with leaders and peers across Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year retail experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and passion for leadership
• Availability for the full program dates
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Flexibility to work at multiple locations and accept placement within 20 miles
• Provide own transportation for the two-week Rack rotation
• Comfortable with selling and meeting sales goals
