Responsibilities

• Drive sales daily through active selling and building customer relationships
• Learn and apply merchandising and operational standards
• Lead and motivate team members during training activities
• Participate fully in all training sessions and store rotations including a Rack rotation
• Network with leaders and peers across Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack
• Support an inclusive and welcoming environment while embodying company values
• Be flexible to work at multiple locations and accept placement within 20 miles of the training store

Requirements

• At least 1 year retail experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and passion for leadership
• Comfortable with selling and motivated to meet sales goals
• Availability for evenings and weekends for program duration
• Ability to provide own transportation for the two-week Rack rotation
• Willingness to accept placement within 20 miles of the training store
