Retail Learning Manager

As a Retail Learning Manager at Louis Vuitton Canada, you will support our stores in the West Canada market by planning, implementing, and leading innovative training and development programs. Your role will be crucial in nurturing the growth of the store's leadership team, enhancing client experience, and improving overall store performance and brand desirability.

• Prepare and facilitate the Louis Vuitton Americas Retail Training Strategy, including in-store and regional inductions, training modules, and individual training plans.
• Support the region in driving client delight through applied learning of selling skills via observation and coaching.
• Provide ongoing mentorship to store teams to improve proficiencies, attitudes, and behaviors.

• 5+ years of experience in training creation, implementation, and facilitation within a fast-paced, client-centric retail environment.
• Passion for creativity, innovation, and delivering excellence.
• Ability to champion company values and support professional equality initiatives.
