Summary
Manage and execute visual merchandising and retail marketing initiatives across luxury brands to ensure consistent in-store presentation and elevate the customer experience. Coordinate local adaptations of global VM campaigns, oversee inventory of props and materials, and act as primary contact between stores, vendors, and corporate teams. Deliver training and maintain operational store information while supporting openings, renovations, and special initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Execute in-store VM campaigns including flagship windows, seasonal displays, and special events.
- Develop visual guides, implementation instructions, and VM compliance reporting.
- Manage inventory of reusable props, VM materials, and in-store communication kits.
- Coordinate logistics for openings, renovations, seasonal updates, and special initiatives.
- Serve as primary contact for local VM needs and liaise with corporate teams and vendors.
- Manage vendor relationships, POs, invoices, and budgets for timely execution.
- Design and deliver monthly training for new hires, managers, and sales associates.
- Coordinate distribution and programming of digital content across in-store signage.
- Maintain accurate operational store information across online channels.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in visual merchandising, retail operations, or marketing within luxury or premium retail.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to executive level quality.
- Proven experience managing external vendors and coordinating logistics.
- Familiarity with financial processes including PO management and invoicing.
- Strong communication, training, and public speaking skills.
- Collaborative mindset with ability to work cross functional across global and local teams.
- Willingness to travel domestically and work some evenings and weekends.
