Retail Operations Associate

As a Retail Operations Associate at Buccellati in Los Angeles, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operations and administrative tasks for the North American boutique network. You will act as a liaison between boutiques and the corporate office, ensuring the implementation and enforcement of policies and procedures, while also supporting sales and client hosting as needed.

• Implement and maintain boutique operating policies and procedures, partnering with RNA Finance and Loss Prevention departments.
• Perform inventory control and quality control tasks, including vault storage and merchandise checks.
• Prepare reports and provide strategic analysis for the Boutique Network to achieve goals.
• Manage building maintenance, shipments, and inventory processes.
• Organize storage and update back-office areas regularly.
• Oversee merchandising and daily maintenance of displays and back-stock.
• Review and order supplies for boutique operations.
• Oversee incoming and outgoing repairs and master the SAP repair process.
• Ensure client satisfaction and manage client data in SAP.
• Comply with security and operational policies and participate in audits.
• Assist with sales floor presence and client interactions as needed.

• 5+ years of experience in jewelry or high-value luxury product sales and operations.
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and lift 20+ pounds.
• Strong communication skills and advanced knowledge of SAP.
• Availability to work retail hours, including nights and weekends.
• College degree preferred; additional language skills are a plus.
