Retail Operations Intern

We are currently seeking a Retail Operations Intern to join our dynamic team in New York. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience within a luxury brand, providing a well-rounded overview of operations and exposure to the day-to-day activities of the Bottega Veneta Operations Team.

• Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
• Communicate weekly memos and store policies and procedures to stores.
• Manage Store Tools stocked at Wayne and within the NYO.
• Create and implement procedural tools for stores.
• Coordinate the seasonal ordering and distribution of store uniforms and packaging.
• Maintain StoreDB address book and contacts.
• Monitor and track the security and alarm vendors list for stores.
• Provide recurring and ad hoc reporting on theft and burglary in stores.

• Master's or undergraduate program student.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Excellent organization, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Eager to learn and perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Absolute discretion and appropriate handling of highly sensitive information.
• Available 32 hours a week and able to receive academic credit for this paid internship.
