Retail Operations Manager West

Summary

The Retail Operations Manager West leads operational excellence across Vacheron Constantin boutiques in the western region. The role partners with boutique leadership and cross-functional teams to strengthen compliance, systems adoption, client experience, and retail performance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure boutique compliance, audit readiness, inventory controls, and consistent operational standards.
• Lead retail systems initiatives, training, communications, and change management.
• Oversee maintenance, budgets, openings, renovations, and operational projects across the region.
• Improve client experience by monitoring satisfaction and leading action plans with relevant teams.
• Lead regional initiatives, coordinate with the East region, and support budget optimization and team development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in luxury retail operations or retail management.
• Strong understanding of luxury retail standards and client experience, with experience managing complex environments and cross-functional projects.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and retail systems.
• Proactive, collaborative, solution-oriented approach and ability to travel regularly.
