Summary
Temporary Retail Performance Analyst supporting The Landmark market by building performance goals and driving sales, productivity, and client experience initiatives. Role combines strategic analysis with hands on execution to ensure adoption of retail performance tools and initiatives while partnering with leadership and cross functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily reporting on quantitative sales metrics and qualitative client experience performance.
- Deliver trend analysis and competitive benchmarking to Landmark Leadership.
- Leverage data analysis to create 360 action plans addressing product trends and productivity.
- Support rollout and adoption of global retail and omni initiatives and tools.
- Drive day to day business using client experience measurement tools and VOC insights.
- Own VOC and client experience results to create focused action plans.
- Partner with Finance HR and Workforce Management on FTE planning and productivity optimization.
- Conduct daily floor observations with leadership and develop action plans from insights.
- Coach retail teams to adopt retail performance mindset and tools.
Requirements
- High proficiency in Excel Word and PowerPoint; PowerBI preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and numerical agility with a data driven mindset.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptable with a positive solution focused approach.
- Proven ability to deliver accurate data and KPIs to drive business growth.
- Prior experience or strong interest in luxury retail.
- Ability to work on site five days a week including early mornings evenings weekends and holidays.
