Retail Projects Manager

As a Retail Projects Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the lifecycle of group and local projects, contributing to the successful deployment of new tools, systems, and processes in all US Hermès retail stores. You will facilitate deployment strategies, timeline development, and support the project roadmap, collaborating with key corporate partners and the Operations network.

• Support the testing, pilot, and roll-out phase of new tools and identify opportunities with existing tools.
• Manage the roadmap, develop and update timelines, and streamline priorities.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of new and updated tools and processes.
• Manage the pilot phase of deployments, develop communication, provide training, and troubleshoot with stores.
• Support change management by providing train-the-trainer sessions to the Operation Training team.
• Consult with retail teams and corporate partners, follow up, and address reported issues.
• Track and recap key deployments, providing KPIs to measure success.
• Partner with IT to support equipment needs of the stores.

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role with project management experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal skills with excellent presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work cross-functionally.
• Solid understanding of budgeting and ability to exercise appropriate judgment.
• Proven excellence at meeting long and short-term deadlines.
