Job Description

Summary

The Retail Regional Vice President is a strategic business leader responsible for driving operational excellence, sales growth, and profitability across all stores in the Central Region. This role oversees Store Managers, partners cross functionally with corporate leaders, and shapes regional strategy using data driven insights to optimize performance and customer experience. The RVP also serves as a culture carrier and brand ambassador, motivating teams and championing initiatives that drive loyalty and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Drive regional sales growth to achieve and exceed financial targets.
  • Manage regional budget and full responsibility for regional P&L.
  • Lead recruit develop and manage store leadership and teams.
  • Monitor and analyze store sales performance and productivity goals.
  • Ensure proper product assortment and availability with Merchandising and Supply Chain.
  • Develop client relationships and local CRM and PR activities to maximize loyalty.
  • Implement training initiatives and conduct performance reviews and succession planning.
  • Ensure operational controls internal procedures and physical security are maintained.
  • Lead store openings and streamline retail operations processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of retail management experience in a multi store environment.
  • Ability to travel extensively and work a flexible schedule.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to analyze data.
  • Proven leadership outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and capability to develop talent.
  • Foreign language skills are a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 10lbs.
