Job Description

Summary

The Retail Regional Vice President is a strategic leader responsible for driving sales growth, operational excellence, and profitability across all stores in the Northeast region. This role oversees Store Managers, ensures consistent brand standards and customer experience, partners with cross functional corporate teams, and leverages data to shape regional strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Drive regional sales growth to achieve and exceed financial targets.
  • Manage regional budget and full responsibility for regional P&L.
  • Lead recruit, develop, and retain store leadership and staff.
  • Monitor and analyze store performance and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure consistent execution of brand standards and clientelling across stores.
  • Partner with Merchandising and Supply Chain to ensure product assortment and availability.
  • Develop local CRM activities and collaborate with Marketing for events and PR.
  • Implement and monitor internal control procedures and safeguard company assets.
  • Lead store opening processes and streamline retail operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of retail management experience in a multi store environment.
  • Proven leadership and talent development skills.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to analyze data.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively and work a flexible schedule.
  • Foreign language skills are a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 10lbs.
