Summary

Responsible for achieving sales goals through in-store and digital selling using tools such as text and social media, providing styling advice and building lasting customer relationships. Works with the team to keep the accessories department customer-ready through order fulfillment, stocking, re-merchandising and price markdowns.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for both in-store and digital channels using selling tools and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow customer following
• Provide honest, confident styling and fit advice to customers
• Open new rewards accounts and promote loyalty programs
• Maintain department presentation by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Work a flexible schedule and occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed
