Summary

Deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales both in-store and through digital channels by building lasting relationships and leveraging technology and social media. Maintain product knowledge and collaborate with the team to keep the department customer ready while meeting sales goals and opening new rewards accounts.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools including text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide styling advice and confident feedback on fit and product
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns
• Keep the department clean and customer ready
• Grow relationships by enrolling customers in the rewards program
• Adapt to varying schedules and occasionally work in other departments
