Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using selling tools such as text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow a customer following
- Provide styling advice and confident feedback on fit and product selection
- Open new customer rewards accounts and promote loyalty programs
- Assist with filling orders, stocking, remerchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning
- Work collaboratively with team members to keep the department customer ready
- Maintain flexibility to perform duties in other departments as business needs require
