Summary

Salesperson responsible for styling and selling accessories to build lasting customer relationships both in-store and digitally. Role focuses on achieving sales goals through direct service, digital outreach, and product knowledge while supporting department readiness and occasional cross-department tasks.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Engage customers and cultivate a repeat client following
• Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product
• Use text and social media to drive sales and customer engagement
• Open new customer rewards accounts and grow loyalty
• Stock merchandise, fill orders, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns
• Maintain a customer ready department through light cleaning and organization
• Occasionally work in departments other than the assigned area as needed
