Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
- Use text and social media to engage customers and grow a following
- Build lasting relationships and provide personalized style and fit advice
- Open new customer reward program accounts to grow relationships
- Fill orders, stock merchandise, and remerchandise displays
- Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to maintain customer ready department
- Occasionally perform duties in other departments as business needs require
- Work a flexible schedule with hours that vary by week
