Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools such as text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
- Provide excellent customer service and deliver honest confident feedback on style and fit
- Seek product and fashion knowledge to build expertise
- Support department operations including filling orders, stocking, remerchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning
- Grow customer accounts such as Nordstrom Rewards
- Be flexible to perform duties in other departments as business needs require
- Work a variable schedule based on business needs
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to excel in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks

- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Physical ability to be in continuous movement for 6-8 hours and perform bending squatting reaching
