Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using selling tools including text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow a customer following
- Provide personalized styling guidance and confident feedback on fit and product
- Open new rewards program accounts to grow customer engagement
- Support department readiness through filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising and price markdowns
- Perform light cleaning and maintain organized merchandise displays
- Occasionally perform duties in other departments as business needs require
- Work a flexible schedule that varies by week based on business needs
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal oriented with strong sales focus
- Comfort using technology and networking to achieve sales targets
- Ability to work effectively in a team and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Organizational skills and strong follow through
- Available to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Physical ability to move continuously for 6-8 hours, including bending, twisting, squatting and reaching
- Ability to frequently use hands for grasping and manipulation and lift items up to 25 pounds
