Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling
• Use text and social media to engage customers and drive sales
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
• Provide honest style and fit guidance to customers
• Fill orders, stock, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns
• Keep the department customer ready with light cleaning
• Open new Nordstrom Rewards accounts to grow relationships
• Be flexible to perform duties in other departments as needed
