Summary

Provide personalized customer service and fashion guidance while working toward sales goals in-store and through digital channels. Build customer relationships and product knowledge while helping maintain a customer-ready department.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals through in-store and digital selling, including the use of text and social media tools.
• Build lasting customer relationships, provide style and fit feedback, and develop product expertise.
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, process markdowns, and perform light cleaning.
• Encourage customers to open Nordstrom Rewards accounts and assist across departments as needed.
