Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools such as text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide excellent customer service with honest and confident style and fit advice
• Seek product and fashion knowledge to expand expertise
• Assist with filling orders, stocking, remerchandising, and price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning to keep department customer ready
• Grow customer accounts by opening Nordstrom Rewards program accounts
• Work a flexible schedule based on business needs
