Summary

The Salesperson is passionate about fashion and styling, cultivates and grows a customer following both digitally and in-store, and meets sales goals through in-store and digital selling using texting and social media. The role focuses on building lasting customer relationships, providing confident styling and fit advice, and maintaining department readiness through merchandising and order fulfillment. The schedule varies by week and may require flexibility to work in other departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide excellent customer service and styling advice
• Use selling tools including text and social media to grow sales
• Fill orders, restock merchandise, and perform re-merchandising
• Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to keep department customer ready
• Open new rewards program accounts to grow customer loyalty
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as business needs require
• Work a flexible schedule based on business needs
