Summary

Provide fashion styling and customer service while meeting sales goals through in-store and digital selling. Build customer relationships and maintain a customer-ready department.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals using selling tools, including text and social media.
• Build customer relationships, provide style and fit feedback, and share product knowledge.
• Fill orders, stock and re-merchandise merchandise, process markdowns, and perform light cleaning.
• Open new rewards accounts and support other departments as needed.
