Responsibilities

• Conduct bra fittings and offer appropriate fit and style guidance.
• Build customer relationships through personalized service and honest feedback.
• Meet sales goals in store and digitally using tools such as text and social media.
• Maintain product knowledge and keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, processing markdowns, and light cleaning.
• Collaborate with the team and provide a respectful, supportive fitting experience for customers of diverse body types.
