Summary

Provide personalized sales and styling support in the active and lingerie department. Help customers find comfortable, well-fitting products through bra fittings, product guidance, and attentive service. Build customer relationships and support sales goals through in-store and digital interactions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct bra fittings and provide guidance on size, fit, and style.
• Build customer relationships through personalized service and honest feedback.
• Work toward sales goals in-store and digitally using tools such as text and social media.
• Maintain product knowledge through training and brand consultations.
• Support department readiness by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, processing markdowns, and light cleaning.
