Responsibilities

• Conduct bra fittings and provide appropriate fit and style guidance.
• Build customer relationships through personalized service and honest feedback.
• Achieve sales goals in-store and digitally using tools such as text and social media.
• Maintain product knowledge and keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, marking down prices, and light cleaning.

Requirements

• Self-motivated, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability based on business needs.
• Able to move continuously during shifts, handle merchandise, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
