As a Retail Sales Associate in Active and Lingerie at The Mall at Green Hills, you will be passionate about fashion and styling, cultivating and growing a customer following both digitally and in-store. You will set and achieve sales goals, providing exceptional service to customers on their terms.

• Set and achieve sales goals for both in-store and digital selling using effective selling tools, including text and social media.
• Build lasting relationships with customers.
• Provide honest and confident feedback to customers about style and fit.
• Seek fashion and product knowledge to build expertise.
• Work with the team to keep the department customer-ready, including filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning.
• Grow relationships by opening new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts.
• Be flexible to occasionally perform work/duties in a department other than the one hired into.
