Retail Sales - Ala Moana

Summary

Provide friendly, customer-focused retail sales in a department store setting, creating memorable experiences and helping customers explore their style. Support sales goals through styling, digital content and Nordstrom Rewards enrollment while contributing to department readiness through merchandising and light stock tasks. Work a flexible schedule and occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and build relationships through personalized service and styling.
• Drive sales by achieving individual and team sales goals and opening rewards accounts.
• Create and curate content on digital platforms including text and social media to support sales.
• Perform merchandising tasks such as stocking, remerchandising and price markdowns.
• Fill orders and assist with customer transactions and inquiries.
• Maintain a customer ready department through light cleaning and organization.
• Be flexible to work in different departments as business needs require.
• Meet physical demands including frequent movement, bending and lifting up to required weights.
