Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
- Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and products
- Use networking and technology to grow customer following and sales
- Open new rewards program accounts to grow relationships
- Support department tasks including filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising and price markdowns
- Maintain a customer ready environment including light cleaning
- Work flexible hours and occasionally perform duties in other departments
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced team environment
- Interest in using social media and texting for sales
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Physical ability to move continuously for 6-8 hours, including bending and reaching
- Frequent use of hands for grasping and manual tasks and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
