Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
• Build client relationships and provide consistently high standards of service.
• Maintain the selling floor, merchandise, and store standards.
• Participate in special events and projects, including sample sales and physical inventory.
• Follow store and company procedures and complete other assigned duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Prior retail or boutique experience with high-end goods and client-focused sales.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; inventory system experience preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, maintain accurate inventory reporting, and perform some heavy lifting.
• Open scheduling availability based on business needs.
