Summary
Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships while achieving sales targets for a luxury eyewear brand. Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge, support omnichannel customer experiences, and assist with minor adjustments and repairs in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and personalized product recommendations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines, warranties and optical add-on features.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
- Build and maintain client relationships including follow-up communication.
- Provide omnichannel support to ensure seamless online and in-store experiences.
- Perform minor adjustments and repairs for eyewear.
- Maintain a clean, organized and visually appealing sales floor and back of house.
- Adhere to brand policies and procedures and assist with miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in eyewear or luxury retail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Experience operating a POS system preferred.
