Provide exceptional customer service and product expertise in a luxury eyewear boutique, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The role requires in-depth product knowledge, personalized recommendations, and support across in-store and online channels.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a memorable shopping experience
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, trends, warranties and optical add-ons
- Build and maintain client relationships and perform follow-up communication
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling
- Provide omnichannel support to ensure seamless service between online and in-store platforms
- Assist with minor adjustments and repairs
- Keep the sales floor and back of house clean, organized and visually appealing
- Adhere to brand policies and procedures and perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in eyewear or luxury retail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with client relationship ability
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational skills attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Experience operating a POS system preferred
