Summary
The Retail Sales Associate provides exceptional customer service, builds client relationships, and achieves sales targets while possessing strong product knowledge of eyewear and related services. The role supports omnichannel customer experiences and assists with minor adjustments and repairs while maintaining store presentation.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and personalized recommendations.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge and stay current on trends.
- Build and maintain client relationships and perform follow-up communication.
- Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Assist with minor adjustments and repairs to eyewear.
- Maintain a clean, organized and visually appealing store environment.
- Provide omnichannel support to ensure seamless online and in-store experiences.
- Adhere to brand policies and procedures and perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in eyewear or luxury retail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong client service orientation.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays.
- Strong organizational skills attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and upsell products.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Experience operating a POS system preferred and luxury sales or eyewear experience preferred.
