Retail Sales Associate

Summary

The Retail Sales Associate provides exceptional in-store customer service for a luxury eyewear brand, building client relationships and delivering personalized product recommendations. The role focuses on achieving sales targets through upselling and cross-selling while maintaining strong product knowledge and a premium store experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and personalized styling recommendations to clients.
• Maintain in-depth product and brand knowledge, including warranties and optical add-ons.
• Build and maintain client relationships and perform follow-up communication.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs and support omnichannel customer experiences.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and back-of-house areas.
• Adhere to brand policies and perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in eyewear or luxury retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; punctual and reliable.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Experience operating a POS system and luxury sales experience preferred.
