Retail Sales Associate

Summary

The Retail Sales Associate provides exceptional customer service, builds strong client relationships, and works to achieve sales targets in a luxury eyewear retail setting. The role requires in-depth product knowledge, attention to visual merchandising, and the ability to deliver personalized recommendations and omnichannel support. Associates also assist with minor adjustments and help maintain an organized, brand-compliant store environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and personalized product recommendations to clients.
• Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Build and maintain client relationships, including follow-up communication.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs to eyewear.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and back-of-house areas.
• Provide omnichannel support to ensure a seamless customer experience across online and in-store platforms.
• Attend training sessions and stay current on product knowledge, brand offerings, and warranties.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in eyewear or luxury retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays; punctual and reliable.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Preferred: experience operating a POS system and prior luxury sales or eyewear experience.
