Retail Sales Associate

Summary

The Retail Sales Associate provides exceptional customer service and personalized eyewear recommendations to build client relationships and drive sales. This role supports omnichannel service, assists with minor adjustments and repairs, and maintains a clean, visually appealing store environment. The associate is expected to meet and exceed sales targets and stay current on product knowledge and brand offerings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and personalized styling recommendations.
• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Support omnichannel customer experiences across online and in-store platforms.
• Assist with minor frame adjustments and basic repairs.
• Maintain organized, clean, and visually appealing sales floor and back-of-house areas.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, warranties, and optical add-ons; attend trainings as required.
• Follow brand policies and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in eyewear or luxury retail.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and build client relationships.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; team-oriented.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays; punctual and reliable.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds; POS experience preferred.
