Summary
Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales by building client relationships and offering expert product knowledge in a luxury eyewear retail environment. Support omnichannel experiences and assist with minor adjustments and repairs while maintaining store presentation and meeting sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to all clients and ensure a memorable shopping experience
- Maintain in-depth product and brand knowledge including warranties and optical add-on features
- Build and maintain client relationships with follow-up communication
- Consistently meet and exceed daily weekly and monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling
- Provide omnichannel support to ensure seamless online and in-store customer service
- Perform minor adjustments and repairs for eyewear
- Maintain a clean organized and visually appealing store environment
- Adhere to all brand policies procedures and complete miscellaneous duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of retail sales experience preferably in eyewear or luxury retail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build client relationships
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational skills attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Experience operating a POS system and luxury sales or eyewear experience preferred
