Summary

The Retail Sales Associate supports customers with fashion and styling guidance while building lasting relationships in-store and digitally. The role works toward sales goals and helps keep the department ready for customers.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals through in-store and digital selling tools, including text and social media.
• Build customer relationships, provide service, and offer confident feedback on style and fit.
• Develop fashion and product knowledge and open Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
• Fill orders, stock and re-merchandise products, process markdowns, and perform light cleaning.
• Work flexible hours and, when needed, perform duties in another department.
