Summary

Seasonal and regular retail sales role focused on driving in-store and digital sales through excellent customer service, product knowledge, and use of selling tools such as text and social media. The salesperson will build lasting customer relationships, open rewards accounts, and support department readiness through merchandising and inventory tasks. The schedule varies weekly and may require flexibility to work in different departments when needed.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide confident and honest styling and fit advice
• Use text and social media to engage customers and grow following
• Fill orders, restock merchandise, and re-merchandise displays
• Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to keep department customer ready
• Open new customer rewards program accounts
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as business needs require
