Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital channels including text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow customer following
- Provide honest and confident feedback on style and fit and open new rewards program accounts
- Perform merchandising tasks including stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and filling orders
- Keep department customer ready and assist with light cleaning
- Work collaboratively with team to meet store objectives
- Be flexible to perform duties in other departments as needed
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal oriented with interest in using technology for sales
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Organization and strong follow through
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours per shift with frequent bending and reaching
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 25 pounds
