Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and style
• Use text and social media to drive sales and grow customer following
• Open new customer loyalty accounts
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and re-merchandise displays
• Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to keep department customer ready
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as business needs require
